Shenandoah Elementary School

Additions and renovations to existing school, along with a new parking lot, parent drop off and bus loops, stormwater retention, and site utilities. The existing two story 42,320 SF elementary school building housing classrooms were renovated/remodeled. An addition comprising approx. 31,000 SF was constructed containing administration, a media center, classrooms, art and music rooms, kitchen, multi-purpose/dining area and stage. This very successful project was completed two months ahead of schedule.

Law Academy Addition to Palm Bay High School

40,000 square foot addition to existing media center and new construction of law building consisting of classrooms and forensic lab on occupied campus with no interruption to classes.

University High School Reroof

Complete reroof with barrel tile of all buildings (236,000 sf) as well as EHPA enhancements, interior renovations, life safety upgrades and hurricane repairs. All work was done on an occupied campus.
